Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Corncobs full 2 pcs


  • Salt 1/2tsp for boiling


  • Water 3 cups


  • Tooth picks 1 box


  • Garlic powder 2 pinch


  • Chat masala 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1/4tsp


  • Black pepper powder 1/4tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Rice flour 2 tsp


  • Cornflour 4tsp


  • Lemon juice 2tsp


  • Oil 1cup

Directions

  • Take a corncobs measure and cut less then the tooth pick length.Then cut in to halves.
  • Then tooth pick into the corncobs.Then apply pressure sideways to remove the corn kernals.
  • Take a pan put water and 1/2tsp salt boil them add corn kernals boil for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Then water drain corn kernal cool them.Then add all ingredients mix and cool for refrigerator at 15 minutes.
  • Take a wok put oil then oil heat put corn kernals fried in crispy corn kernals in high heat.
  • Then enjoy Masala Fried Corncobs.
